Personally, no. Our daughter had success on the CSIRO total well-being diet. You need to eat less carbohydrates and eat enough protein and count calories. Be mindful of what and amounts you are eating. Of course, fresh is best and stay away from processed foods. Chicken, fish and other seafood have less calories for meats.
