How do we sleep these days, any worries that prevents us from falling asleep or something that wakes us up , quality of sleep ?

Some nights i have some worries that prevents me from falling asleep or something else that wakes me up
I myself have terrible sleep patterns, I wish I can sleep in a row at l 5 hours, lots of mind problems and menopause is killing me with no sleep.
