How do I update my mobile number?

This information is unique to you and as such cannot be changed by the member. Please email support@cafestudy.com with your change of number.

How do I register for mobile surveys?

Log in to your account, click on 'YOUR ACCOUNT' and put in your mobile number and click on 'yes' to 'Receive invitations to paid studies via SMS?' You need a smart phone to be able to complete mobile surveys.

Do mobile surveys cost?

Please check with your telco as to whether you have data charges. The payment we provide for completing a mobile survey covers the telco data charge plus a reward for completing. This only applies to mobile surveys completed in Australia.

How do I redeem?

Firstly log in to your account to see how many points you have. If you have over 200 points you may redeem. Just click on ‘REDEEM NOW!’ and follow the instructions.

How do I earn points/how many points can I earn?

You can earn points by completing surveys, forums or mobile polls that you are invited to. These can be identified by the introduction as they will always state the number of points that you can receive. You receive 2 points for any survey /forum/poll that you are screened from. Each completed survey will be worth anything between 10 and 50 points. Forums are worth between 10 and 500 points depending on the number of topics and if all topics are completed.

When can I redeem?

You can redeem once you have a minimum of 200 points. You can then redeem in multiples of 100. 200 points equals $20 AUD/NZD, 300 points $30 AUD/NZD and so on.
