Do you buy speciality cheese (local or imported) on a regular basis? I wish I could afford to eat a bit every day as part of my meal - like the French do. I find I only buy it these days to have with drinks on the weekends on a platter.

If it was more affordable, would you buy it regularly?

We would probably buy a couple of specialty cheeses once a month to enjoy. I shop at Farmer Jack's in Perth and they have a great selection of cheeses. I usually buy ones on special with the last two I bought being a Dutch smoked pepper and an apricot cream cheese. I feel we are happy with our once a month outing into different cheeses as it make it a special sitting.
