Empty nesters

We have just become empty nesters for first time in 35 years. Our youngest son left home who is 23. It's so quiet and so many left overs and we don't have to wash as much. We miss him for sure but it's a great adventure to go out to live in an apartment. My heart is happy that they have all flown the nest to new adventures.
