Can you please share with us the product your dentist gave you. I am considering trying some product they advertise on priceline catalogue but not yet sure if its worth trying

I haven’t got the package with me but it is safe for your enamel and gums . I recommend asking your dentist and use what they sell you.

Used to do mine in chair waiting at the dentist with zoom but I eventually got over it. So much money and the lightning strike pain in my teeth really hurt.

I do not whiten my teeth. I have always seen it advertised online where you can buy products or devices to whiten them. However, I've always been under the impression if it's cheap, too good to be true or advertised as a 30 second per day teeth whitener then it's doing more harm than good.

I'd never use any product unless a dentist recommended it. I'd only recommended going to your trusted dentist and getting a procedure done. This is because you never know what an at home product may do that you have purchased from a random website or advert online. After all, we only get one set of Adult teeth and to stuff them up by trying to make them look white isn't worth it in my books.

All this said, if you get them whitened professionally by a dentist you trust, then it's up to you if you want to continue paying to do so. However, you have to remember this isn't permanent and in my opinion, should only be done if you have some reason to require whiter teeth. This is because, even if a dentist whitens your teeth there is no saying what the long term effects of the chemicals used in the whitening procedure may be having on your teeth. So, for me personally, as we only get one set of adult teeth and it was never intended for us to put random chemicals on them to make them look white, I'd stay clear personally.
