Eliminate gluton
And eat oats and brown rice regularly

I recommend seeing a gut specialist dietitian - they are good at figuring out triggers and resetting your gut.
Too many variables to not sort it out with a qualified dietician, they know heaps - go to a good one!

Not sure what to recommend foodwise but eliminating all sugar, grains and lactose from my diet definately made a big difference. It wasn't easy and it took a few months to completely get rid of bloating but I can occasionally eat these things in moderation again without getting bloated so that is a plus

Sounds like some big changes! I wonder why your gut was reacting to those things - maybe an underlying cause? and if there is a way to help your gut tolerate those foods better?

Does anyone have any tips? I’m ashamed to admit I’m getting an unhealthy gut and some bloating and have no idea what to do to improve the situation
