Are you buying more outdoor plants also, or is it just the indoor varieties on the rise? What's the appeal for you? What are your favourites?!

I absolutely think indoor plants are becoming trendy again! People were home during lockdowns and had more time to care for things like indoor plants. I have a few, and for me it's a way to warm up a space and make it feel more homey. My rule is that they get watered once a week, and if they don't survive then they don't survive!
I do also occasionally enlist a family member if things need repotting, because I can't be bothered doing it myself!

I have never really been a fan of indoor plants and I've never had luck growing them. I find they succumb to disease and pests. I also dislike the little insects that fly around them and emerge from the soil. For me they are too much hard work. If I wish to enjoy plants I will go outside.
