Australian guide to healthy eating recommends 2 pieces each day to get an your nutrients in! I often only have 1 piece though... Definitely more in summer. I rotate through my favourite fruits. I love stone fruits...

Working as a green grocer I eat plenty of fruit everyday, depending on the season 1 banana and either an apple or mandarin a day. It’s important to keep ur vitamin c intake up during the upcoming winter season because a strong immune system is important to keep up protection against the flu.
