Sushi & Take-Away coffee

What are everyone's thoughts on buying Sushi at your local supermarket or Self Serve take-away coffee? I personally think that Supermarkets should stay with what they know best and that is supplying fresh food and general staple items to their Customers and leave that type of ready food to the Take-aways and Restaurants. These days supermarkets are trying to be "a one stop shop for everything" including clothes etc.....
