I am not looking forward to any reality TV. Perhaps it is my age and vast experience in the real world, that I find reality TV an insult to my intelligence!

Hubby and I always look forward to MAFS. It makes us feel "normal"
I have to admit that coming to the end of the season it is getting a bit ho hum and same same and last night's episode was boring!

I swore that I would never watch Married At First Sight ever again and yet ... here I am, doing it again! - it is SO bad, that it's good, in a crazy predictable kind of way. Gogglebox is a favourite reality tv show for me because of the witty comments and the narrator has a great sense of humour. The Amazing Race is also another good one at the moment because it's uplifting. My absolute favourite show is Australian Survivor because of the twists and psychology behind some of the game play.

Having watched a fair bit of cricket this season due to the weak offerings over holiday period by the ABC i saw so much for the promotion of Holey Moley i thought i have a look one night. Well Holey Moley alright i lasted about 1 contestant and i really felt sorry for Matt Shirvington. No doubt the the pay is good but i was so embarrassed. for him

The new MAFS is getting scary, more couples spitting chips with each other already and flirting with other's partners. It's what keeps us going back for more, sadly. Free to air on Ch 9.

Kudos to Married at first sight! Quite entertaining show, although the whole idea behind it is a bit spooky. But... some couples from previous years are still together and still married and even with kids. Isn't that great? At least someone is still happy in this crazy world.

Amazing race - as we can't really travel overseas, getting local ideas from this show is great.

Gogglebox - extremely relatable reactions.. validating to know that it's not only me who thinks about that show the way I do

I LIKE THE GREAT CHASE AUSTRALIA AS I FIND IT THE MOST EXCITING REALITY SHOW SHOWN IN AUSTRALIA
I LIKE THE UNIQUE AUSTRALIAN SITES IT VISITS AND I MARVEL AT THE COURAGE OF THE CONTESTANTS AS THEY UNDERTAKE THE DIFFERENT TASKS AND THE HOSTS BOTH GO A LONG WAY IN MAKING THIS SHOW THE SUCCESS IT IS

Do you think that they are all matched right?

Sorry, I am showing my age ....very few Reality Shows even remotely excite me. "Masterchef" is about the only one - no language, no inane comments and a geniune regard by competitors for each other.

Previous years, I’ve really liked MAFS but not last year or this. All I see is a whole lot of bullying and fighting. It’s really very sad that adults can act that way towards each other.

Or is it that way to make us want to find out what happens next.

To some degree yes, but when it continues on when the show is over, you have to wonder. I see such nastiness this year from last years contestants - public posts on Instagram between some of the girls - it’s really sad 😢

Gogglebox, I refuse to watch any others, shows that bring out the worst in people has no appeal to me at all

Reality? They are so far from 'real' it's not funny. Heavily scripted & edited.

I don't waste my time on them.

I really enjoy Master Chef. I find it creative and doesn't have the bitchiness that all the other cooking shows seem to have.

Really enjoy any type of reality show

Any reality show that is interesting and informative with minimal banal superficially. I prefer documentaries but Pawn Stars stands out because at least its interesting and somewhat informative in terms the art of negotiating and sometime s basic historical knie=wlsge based on what comes through those doors

The Voice in former seasons were sometimes inspiring to watch but like Australian kind of lost its appeal after the first few seasons

I really enjoy watching Gogglebox, crazy really a TV show of people watching TV shows. I also think it's great the Amazing Race has been in Australia showing many great sights of our own country.

I don't like or watch any of these shows. I prefer education shows or movies.

Totally dislike MAFS. All I see is a lot of intentionally mean if not cruel behaviors that can and will probably lead to long term psychological damage. I don't see an "experiment". I see "entertainment" for entertainment's sake with little long term care for the mental health of participants.

I love watching Gogglebox. It can be quite entertaining and funny to watch. It’s always interesting to see other people’s opinions on tv shows and movies. It also gives me a chance to see if I would like the show that they are watching too.

First Dates...its a great reminding of all the things one should avoid saying or doing on a first date. Also great for practicing your skills in reading body language. :)

I liked I'm A Celebrity, Get me out of here the last couple of seasons, but this year I've lost interest. I have become tired of all the Reality TV. I am enjoying watching old British TV series from the 70's and 80's.
