Anyone know how to withdraw cash from cafe study account? Can't access funds since site updated. Have sent many many emails to customer support but zero response. The box to tap for amount requested just won't work. Never had any issues before they updated app. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but still nothing

Hi Janicems,
I had a redemption problem which is that I went through the process to redeem 400 points June 12 and the points were deducted but there was an error message on that page stating "Invalid Paypal payment. Please contact support". (I took a screenshot of this). I received a confirmation of redemption email right away, but no PayPal payment was received. I have sent emails, used the "contact us" form on the website and left a voice message on the phone number provided all with zero response. Like you, I never had any issues before. If the Cafestudy website is having technical issues, I would have thought they could at least send out an email or put something on their website to let us know they are doing something to address these problems.
AI provided 2 phone numbers Cafestudy Support +61 2 9698 5686 (left a voice message, no reply).
Corporate line : Edentify Pty Ltd +61 2 9098 6900.
I was able to speak with someone on their Corporate number this morning who told me they will arrange for someone to call me back.

Still no reply from "Support" as of 8 July, and no call back. Next step, is to file a complaint.
