Anyone else having problems with the app?

Can't seem to get the app to work. I uninstalled it and reinstalled but still doesn't work. I also tried clearing the cache. Any ideas?

Hi Sandy
Please note, I'm not an IT specialist. I would have done what you've already tried. Failing that, I'd then try rebooting the phone. Have you tried a 'hard reboot' of your phone? Look up how to hard reboot online for your phone model, Apple/Android and follow the steps.
A hard reboot clears things that a normal shutdown doesn’t:
- stuck background processes
- corrupted GPU or audio routing
- frozen app sandboxes
- broken network stack
- cached system libraries
- memory leaks
It’s the phone equivalent of a 'cold boot' on a PC.
If that doesn't work, or you're reluctant to try it... try just a normal phone power off and restart. With no success, my only advice would be to just stop using the app... these things sometimes happen after an operating system update, and they miraculously fix themselves after the next update...
