Mental health facilities are the fullest they have ever been- a large proportion being young adults.
The cost of living is definitely a contributor ,however, it is too coincidental that technology has advanced so much at the same time mental health problems have been increasing.
What do you think is the largest contributor to the mental health crisis?

Social media. FOMO, exclusion and bullying. Extreme views by misogynistic males who spurt their venom and boys follow which then create toxic relationships. Social media causes too many social pressures.
Social media and living the good life are all lies. The Rebello case in Perth highlights that where a guy killed his mum for insurance money (he had taken out the insurance policies for her life). They were in debt and pretending to have the best life.
