I wouldn't spend money on either of those. Basic skin care suffices. I prefer a natural non enhanced look of no makeup.

My skincare revolves on soap/water, drinking water and protecting from UV. After that, it's in nature's hands. Things I wouldn't do with a limited budget:
- buy products that make wild promises based on non-clinical testing (eg reversing time)
- buy products packaged in a something the size of thimble, that cost a 'bomb'
- buy stuff on the marketing hype.
Things I would do:
- talk to a dermatologist
- rigorously search for independent clinical test results on the product
- consult a beautician (because I'm just a guy, what the hell do I know) 😂
