I'm interested in finding out how many people manage to make time for breakfast everyday! And if you do manage to, how do you fit it in?

If you don't have it everyday, how often do you manage to have it?

And what would be your ideal breakfast?

The appeal of smoothies to me is that I can drink at my own pace, I can drink my smoothie while I am getting ready in the morning too which is a good time saver. It takes me 5 minutes to make my smoothie and I only use household ingredients. My favourite smoothie consists of a handful of frozen berries, 1 banana and 1 kiwi fruit, 1 cup of coconut water, 1 tablespoon of greek yoghurt and a teaspoon of chia seeds and LSA seeds.
