I'm interested in finding out how many people manage to make time for breakfast everyday! And if you do manage to, how do you fit it in?

If you don't have it everyday, how often do you manage to have it?

And what would be your ideal breakfast?

Sasha-louise says: I always try to have breakfast, if I'm running late I always have apples and bananas in the fruit bowl to grab and muesli bars in the cardboard. Recently I've also been trying a protein shake as it's quick, easy and more filling on those days I'm on the run.
