I'm interested in finding out how many people manage to make time for breakfast everyday! And if you do manage to, how do you fit it in?

If you don't have it everyday, how often do you manage to have it?

And what would be your ideal breakfast?

Sue says: Married a dairy farmer, so got into the habit of breakfast which is ESSENTIAL after being out of bed and hard at work for 3 to 4 hours. It's a good habit, and now that I ma retired ( and a widow) I never miss it. As treat about 10 years ago I bought myself an Italian espresso machine, so now I start every day with a grapefruit, muesli, yoghurt and fruit, and a slice of toast with DIVINE real coffee.
