I'm interested in finding out how many people manage to make time for breakfast everyday! And if you do manage to, how do you fit it in?

If you don't have it everyday, how often do you manage to have it?

And what would be your ideal breakfast?

Once my Breakfast has settled, I go for a walk around the football field next door to my home, there is a walking path ideally suited for me . On my return home I have a glass of water and settle down to watch Sport events on the TV, I am 85 and I retired at the age of 73.
