I'm interested in finding out how many people manage to make time for breakfast everyday! And if you do manage to, how do you fit it in?

If you don't have it everyday, how often do you manage to have it?

And what would be your ideal breakfast?

My rule is I don't leave the home without breakfast.

Sometimes from vegetables and fruit mixed in my George Foreman mix and go blender.
Sometimes I have cereal or in the winter oats plain done in the microwave.

They say if you eat breakfast it is better for you and you eat less food if you eat it.
