Are there brands that you used to buy that are no longer in your local supermarket? What do you think of all these 'home brands'? Are they just as good as the named brands, are they cheaper, or are you still hankering after something in particular that just seems to have disappeared from the shelves? Give us your opinion.

It depends what store you're shopping at because each supermarket has its own home brand. I'm very obsessive with health and making sure they contain no nasties and are as organic as possible, most of the time I find home brand isn't that good in terms of the products/ingredients in them, but I have found a few basic products that are pretty good like oats.
