I would go sailing around the Greek Island or Croatia! Friends of mine have done it and it looks amazing! Be great to just lie on the deck and sun bake. But for a wintery holiday I would love to go somewhere and snowboard and see the northern lights like Canada or Alaska. It would be amazing to see bears or even a moose!
