I take odouless fish oil capsules on a regular basis. I find I am more relaxed, abe to concentrate far better, have a little more control over my weight, and even though I am an insomniac, I do find some level of relief through regularly consuming fish oil. I wondered how beneficial other people find taking fish oil on a regular basis, in maintaining their general health, and also in the control of pain from osteoarthritis.

You know, it supposed to be good for panic attacks and fatigue too. Good stuff, isn't it? I've been using it for a while and I think it does help with muscle fatigue.

Hi Misty Mae:)
I can't take anti-inflammamatories either ( and Im such an insomniac I can no longer spell!)
Someone told me chamomile tea is good for insomnia. Sometimes watching a really bad movie helps me:)
I hope you get a good nights sleep soon.

I use odourless fish oil as I am unable to use anti inflammatory medications. I find it relaxes me, and as I am an insomniac, I think it helps me calm down at bed time, enough to get some sleep occasionally. I also have osteo arthritis, and not being able to take anti inflammatories it is difficult to find something that helps with aches and pains, I find it really helpful.

I strongly reccomend fish oil especially for kids. We have 3 kids and have noticed a vast difference in their behaviour at home, as well as school. My skin is more supple and i feel healthier than ever before. Now that i have been taking fish oil for a while AND seen the benefits first hand it is something that should be in every persons home as a daily routine.

Hi. I take fish oil daily to help stem the pain of my arthritis. Am diabetic so there isn't much medicine I can take. Fish oil helps & I personally reckon it's a more natural medication than any prescription.

many thanks for that, ... I know what you mean about taking it as a liquid, I'm not sure I will be able to myself. I just wish I could buy the capsule a lot smaller, then I maybe able to swallow them! I'll keep on looking.
Many thanks for your advice.!

Hi,
Can you buy fish oil, or anything in liquid only, ... or a smaller capsule to take for arthritis.
I just can't take large tablets or capsules, I find I just bring them back up.

Like Skippy, I take fish oil capules daily for arthritis, with out it my neck pain is severe, with it it is still bad,BUT I am more able to tolerate it.
I really recommend people trying it for joint pain, or most pain. I am not diabetic, and I still find this probably the best as far as prevenative treatment
