I wonder if there has been an increase in natural disasters or that the media is covering the topic more.

Yes, there seems to be a lot happening around our planet. I think it's a bit of a wake up call for those who might recognise what we are doing to our world, and our earth is responding in a not so happy way. I believe we are the cause of the Earth Changes and we keep ripping her up for more coal, fuel etc. There has got to be another way!

Yup many people lost their life and homes. And now japan is now its victim .
May god give peace to departed souls.

yea i agree with Jass .I myself live in Christchurch on the east side and it has been a bit tuff we were turned into a 3 world country just like that but what we have to remember there are people overseas who live this life every day. We should remember how blessed we are to live in such a beautiful country and count our blessings .
