Hi Everyone,
Anyone else having problems with redeeming points?
Has anyone been in contact with Support recently?

I have had zero response from emails to Support, through the Contact Us form, voice message to their contact number, and I even rang their parent company Identify and spoke with their Receptionist who told me someone would call me back. But nothing. No response since the payment failed on 12 June.

Just reaching out to see if this is an isolated incident or whether others are having similar issues with Cafestudy? Thanks.

Hi Rose

I haven't redeemed any points recently, so I can't really help, however, I did receive an email on 11 June that spoke about faster payments. See below...

Hello from Caféstudy! 👋
We've been listening to your feedback, and we're thrilled to share some exciting improvements to the way you can redeem your CaféStudy points.
Instant rewards, effective immediately
In the past, redeeming your points for cash or gift cards could take anywhere from 3 to 5 days (sometimes longer) to land in your hands. We know that's frustrating when you've put in the effort to share your opinions. So we've made a change: redemptions are now instant. The moment you choose to redeem, your reward is on its way — no waiting, no delays.
Two great ways to get paid
You can now choose between two fast and flexible redemption options:....

Maybe your transaction was 'collateral damage' during a transition period... I don't know.

Cafe study are normally quite responsive... I can only recommend you try reaching out to them again.

Hello from...

Hi abarnes,
Thankyou for your reply. Yes, it makes sense that my transaction could have been 'collateral damage' during their transition period. I have continued making contact and will continue contacting them. It is very strange to receive no response whatsoever. To further escalate this issue, it appears I will need to file a complaint.
Your kind response is much appreciated.

Help Caféstudy members by responding to their questions, or ask your own in Café Chat, and you will get the chance of earning extra rewards. Caféstudy will match these and donate equally to our two chosen Australian charities.
