What’s the one dish you could eat every single day without getting bored?

I don't, but reckon I could easily eat (lunch or brekkie) smashed avo on toast, preferably with a poached egg, and a spread of vegemite or promite every day. Yum, yum!!

This is going to sound really silly, and I don’t eat it everyday, but I definitely COULD eat it everyday! Warmed up Heinz Spaghetti and tomato sauce on toast with melted cheese on top. And the bread would be Pane Di Casa Mini Onion and Parmesan. Better than anything fancy! I guess I’m a cheap date :).

I could eat a hot curry and rice, because in Malaysia we always have curry and rice and we are addicted eating food with chillies in the recipe. Chillies are one of the ingredients to make an excellent curry. I never get bored eating hot food
Every meal I have, chillies are a must have, even if it side dish to compliment my main meal.

Soup, yes even during summer. Some times during winter I will make a huge pot that will last me a few days or if I don't want to spend the time doing a big put I will use the Thermomix and do a smaller amount

Lasagna, I was never a regular lover until I made recipetin eats version with homemade sheets. I don’t think I can ever go back to making it with store bought/pre-made components (sauce, sheets) it’s so good and still versatile. I usually do classic beef lasagna but I’ve also done roast veg with cottage cheese as well, still slapped. Definitely give her recipe a try

I love home made pizza as it is so versatile and I can make it however I want. There are so many different types of crust as well as different toppings. It must have anchovies and spicy meats such as salami, garlic, chilli and olives. But no pineapple!

I could eat Vegemite on toast every single day without getting bored. I actually do eat this nearly every day, whether for breakfast, lunch or just for a snack, it's always in my fridge (yes, I keep my vegemite in the fridge). Not only is it handy, it is also a good source of Vitamin B, Niacin, Thiamine, Folate and Riboflavin and is low in fat and sugar and actually eases nausea and gut problems. The unique umami flavour of vegemite can also be used for cooking savoury dishes, omelettes and even a dash added to smoothies to balance out a sweet drink.

Pad ki Mao, Banh Mi or Pizza.
Worked at Pizza Hut in the 1980s for a few years, each day's lunch was pizza.

For me its rice, meat, veggies and eggs..that’s basically the ultimate power trio. 🍚🥩🥦 You can take it in any direction: stir-fry, curry, burrito bowl, bibimbap, or even a Mediterranean-style plate. It’s simple, balanced, and you can season it differently every day.

Breakfast for me consists of Just Right, a banana and berries - strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and now, coming into season, blackberries. Chop the banana over the bowl, wash the strawbs and blackberries and cut them over the cereal, into smaller bits. Add the halved raspberries, and top with washed blueberries - just read about the importance of that recently. Honestly I NEVER get tired of it and I feel I’ve given myself a healthy start to the day! YUMM!!

Any pasta or pizza. I rarely have either as I am gluten free and don’t want that many carbs, but I would have them for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Prawn and chorizo pizza - tomato base, cheese, chorizo, prawns, spanish onions, bacon, cherry tomatoes and just a touch of anchovies, topped with a pesto aoli.

Caesar salad includes romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese, all tossed in a dressing made from ingredients like garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies, and egg yolk.

Ah, a proper Sunday classic! Can’t beat lamb with Yorkshire puds and gravy 😋 Do you make it yourself or is it more of a treat-out meal for you?

I make it myself.... Not as often as my mouth would like though. It's rarely as good when I've had restaurant roasts, only in high end establishments. Hahaha
