Semi Precious Weapons

I had the misfortune of seeing this...band Semi Precious Weapons as the support act to Lady GaGa on Saturday night.....OMG If thats what is as he called Rock and Roll these days...rolling eyes...... They ruined her show as her support act,they were a disgrace & disgusting. It so loud for an inside venue, luckly I guess it was all distorted........Very Disappointed in her show too as you couldnt hear her as it was so loud all her words were distorted for an inside venue.
I had been looking forward to seeing her, but I wouldnt go if I had my time over again, and I am not an old fuddy duddy, it really was cr*p. Pitty I didnt see her as the support act for the pussycat doll would have been more enjoyable.
Not worth $90.00

I know this topic was posted over 2 years ago, but I wanted ti give feedback on the recent concert.

It was due to start at 7 30, and started at 8 45. The supposting act- Lady Starlight- I really wish I hadn't seen it.

Lady Gaga was amazing, but because of the late start, I had to leave at 10 30 and missed out on the last probably hour of the show.

Overall she was sensaitional, and very much 'made to order'- you know, she's there to follow choreography, do everything perfect, and the best parts were when she was relaxing and interacting with the crowd. The rest of the show was very over produced, very impersonal. But good entertainment.

$200 for my ticket (4th row, first elevation, centre), but hardly worth it when the show started so late.

Oh thats a shame, its so disappointing to hear that, shows these days seem to be very over produced, I have to agree with you there.

$90 for a medai slut like that!? Now I remember why I don't go to see big name acts. Do like me and support local music ;-)
