Hi,
I'm just wondering why phone manufacturers in this day and age cannot come up with a mobile phone battery that will last longer than a year. My last phone I bought was $350 outright & it's just a year old & it's stuffed. I'm having to charge it least twice a day and it's annoying. I don't use Facebook or
Twitter, never have, not likely to start now, yet the phone battery will drain even overnight 15% without it even being touched. I don't have all apps' running in the background either. Lift your game phone manufacturers!
Anyone else have similar problems.
Cheers

My smart phone is only a couple months old and the battery only lasts two days at the most my first phone, which admittedly only a talk and text, the battery lasted over a week before going flat.

Hi socker,
Blunt, I'd be well happy if my phone lasted 2 days. It didn't even last that long when I first bought it.
I only browse Google for soccer scores, topics I'm interested in that appear on my page, I've never been interested in Facebook or Twitter, I mean today leaving my mum's by car I got abused. It's getting beyond a joke society these days!
Glad your phone lasts for that long. Must be the fact it's the iPhone.
Appreciate your reply.
Cheers

I watched a YouTube vid on planned obsolescence. If things lasts long people won't replace it and so how will those companies make money?! Alarm guy had to replace battery and the battery was only replaced a cpl of years previously and he showed me the battery cracked. He said all the battery coming from China and not lasting long at all. It's not just on phones...
