Your opinion on the carbon tax.........Do you honestly believe the prices will go down?..................Do you think Clive Palmer is just doing business for his own benefit?

I think a carbon tax is flawed, it nether addresses environmental issues nor does it reduce carbon emissions and for us to be at the head of the pack with the highest tax is extremely dumb,. We loose jobs and no positive effect on the env.

As for an ETS ( a carbon tax ) if the world choose such as a mandate (which its not) its again not in our interest.

Ok I will start this off with my own opinion...............I don`t honestly believe the prices will go down, and what was the figure quoted $500 and something we will save a year.................... no I think the company`s will just put out their hand and say to abbott , thank you very much.
I did think Clive Palmer was going to help, but it seems to me,he is just helping himself and his companies............ any way that is my opinion............ what is yours..........come on some healthy debate...........
