There is one product called Spotner on the market that my grandmother wants to try but we don't know how to get out hands on it! It looks like it works and has great reviews!

try pigment punch by Aspect. you will probably have to go to a skin clinic to buy it.
I used to have have bad pigmentation that flared up more every summer.
I used the aspect serum and it was noticeably lighter in a couple of months.
It did make it worse in the first few weeks as it must bring the pigment to the surface before it starts to fade.
I swear by it .

Generally they do tend to work but like Jess said.... they do only usually work over time, you cant use it for a week and expect results....
Home remedies do work as well if you didn't want to spend the money...
Use lemon juice, its very acidic and applying the juice to your face a few times a day for a week, you will notice that it will make a bit of a difference.
Another good one is buttermilk which works the same way as lemon juice. Honey and yoghurt is another good home bleach - mix a teaspoon of each and smear on the age spots and leave for half hour, hope this helped!

yes, they work slightly but only if you apply them consecutively each day over a long period of time. take progress photos if you want visible results?

I have, I find that one with a very high volume of Vitamin C works, although you need to combat the dry and tight feeling with a good moisturiser
