Hi everyone,

temperatures 46 degrees for Adelaide and 35 all night. I just see the temperatures here in Adelaide, Melbourne, 38 in Canberra.

I hope you all manage to keep cool, drink plenty of water, and if you're able to
check on your neighbours, especially if the are elderly.

It does get hot every year in the summer time especially in Sydney. But we know it will be hot from December to the end of February.

Also have plenty of ice in the freezer and maybe make your own ice blocks with fruit juice.
Careful of your furniture in the summer sun keep the heat out by lowering the blinds almost to the bottom, this also keeps the home cooler in summer.
