I personally think that basketball is a very good way to lose weight and is a great way to keep you fit. It is not only fun and easy to play, but you are also able to develop shooting skills and better coordination.

any sport really it depends on the person, if you love what you are doing and have fun you are more likely to be more involved and get better results. chose something you can do with positive and motivated people to ensure you pick up the same attitude and enjoy it while you get the results you want! and you will be happier and more motivated to go and do the sport you chose as well.

swimming is an incredibly great sport to help get fit and lose weight as yo use all body parts when you swim, arms roll over, legs are kicking and you are using abdominal muscles when turning for breath.

You would have to do whatever sport you find enjoyable. If you do not like the exercise or sport you are doing most people become disinterested and just stop trying. Also don't start off with a with a tough physical sport if you haven't done anything before. You will again find it too hard and quit.

The best excercise anyone can get in order to lose weight is to run a long distance, when fatigue of the muscles or shortness of breath occurs it means hard work is being put in and when your body can no longer travel a further distance that is when you know you have had a delicate, intense work out and should stop immidiately to avoid strains or damage to the muscle tissues.Continuation of running on a weekly basis leads to great results in those who want to achieve in loosing weight, put in the hard work and the results will show the next time you step foot on the scale. Good luck

It has to be whatever exercise or sport you enjoy! The best way to lose weight is to find something you enjoy doing regularly because the only way to lose weight is to use more energy than you consume. Making exercise part of something else as well helps. Whether it be a way to catch up with friends (a walk instead of coffee and cake), to spend time together as a family (a bike ride or game of Frisbee instead of popcorn and movie) or just have some time out for yourself (swim or gym instead of read a book on couch) incidental on top of regular exercise will help shift weight.

Thanks,
I think this is an incredibly idea.
