I guess that my thoughts and opinions may flow across a number of categories, however, I must say that the recognition of our Australian Paralympic Team has been deplorably unrecognised, unsupported, under-exposed, disregarded by the sponsors of mainstream Australian sporting promotions, downgraded by ' official broadcasting networks', considered as a 'lack lustre' event, that won't increase viewer ratings, left without the extraordinary celebration of inner strength and courage to achieve amidst adversity, which should be held in the highest degree above the achievements of able bodied athletes.

Yes I agree they did a great job. Through the News channel they said that America were not airing their athletes on normal TV only on pay TV, so it seems we were not alone. Great job ABC for all their viewing habits.

I agree! These athletes were inspirational and no gripes if they didn't win a medal. I feel they should have at least equal recognition as our able bodied athlets if not more.
