I would like to discuss what people think about the News and what has happened about this last serial knife rapist who has assaulted 7 women with a knife and was on home detention. He has escaped from home, there was evidently no bracelet on him only a monitor in the home. Well that is hopeless, so this fellow has been released into home detention and just walked out. Well golly gee isn't that amazing. he has caused grief to all these women plus who know there could be more, even children. He is now on the loose and police can't find him. So Melbourne's women will probably be worried, just like us in NSW where the notorious Bulli rapist was released from jail/goal recently. I am worried and now I am off to Melbourne for a break away, Huh More worry. Pretty scary indeed. What is wrong with our Country and these Judges. Why isn't the law changed to protect the innocent people. It seems that to me the Judges are in favour of the criminal and the DO GOODERS need a kick in the behind. Equality does not rule when there are evil people with intent to hurt the innocent.

Hi just my thoughts on this matter;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;The Justic System in Australia is a JOKE!!!!!!! the perpertrater of crimes etc is TOO lightly treated, If people are getting off with a smack on the wrist, well of course that is not punishment, Unfortunitly too many are getting off on bonds etc! or home detention or smacks on the wrists,............. What happened to justice for the people whom have been injured, raped or killed its a joke, and if they are sent to jail, they get off on good behaviour down the track ( too quickly) and they offend again, its proven fact, most, not all offend again.
It scares theliving daylights out of me. and I`m glad (the way things are going) that I wont be around i years to come, I shudder just to think of the world my Grandchildren will inherite.

The Judges and the judicial system sucks, it caters to the do gooders. It is about time they get wise and get a few balls about them.

I worry myself sick for my kids and grandkids. I honestly think these judges are scared of what might happen to them if they get heavy handed with the crims. Look at this last episode with Jill Meagher. OMG. That poor girl. Wonder what slap on the hand this fellow will get. "Oh you naughty boy, Be good in jaill and I will let you out in 6 months time.

Sorry bit cynical I know, but this makes me very angry

The judicial system as is scares the hell out of me, I worry for all decent people who may be harmed or maimed by embeciles. Other nationalities should be sent to their own country. Bring in where an evil doer does his time, no early release! No tv or anything special, lock up means lock up. Boot Camp also for 3 months & up, flogging brought in! I am a great believer in an eye for an eye. Joe Arpaio from the USA should be brought over here to show how it's done, Simpson Desert good idea.
