I have an invention idea that is environmentally friendly that would help solve the worlds electrical energy needs if this idea was fulfilled, I call the device THE GRAVITY GENERATOR, it is a cross between the water wheel and the hydro electric scheme, it works on the perpetual motion theory, it has the capability to supply power without an actual fuel source, it runs on a large volume of water which powers generators through a network of pipes, the water is recirculated and will run indefinately, it goes further than hydro electricity, as the reservoir is self filling and requires little maintenance, if put into production smaller versions could be used to supply electricity for outback towns or in inaccessable areas where other power generation would not work, I have never managed to market this invention as I don't have the money for it's feasabilty, but I am open to geniuine backers for a feasability study on my idea, there is nothing like it in the world today and the idea is just too good to be collecting dust, if there is any interested parties reading this, please leave a reply through the usual channels of Cafe Study, Thank You.

Good luck and never give up on your invention.

If people did we would not have television, or telephones, etc people never gave up even if they did receive criticism because it was a new idea.

There used to be the new invention show on TV on channel 2 I think but I think it has ended.

Sounds good. We need such designers. The old farmers ram-pump sounds similar? Works through the balance of the water filling a chamber, then when full,

crashing down on a mechanism that pushes a lever that pushes a plunger and pumps water.

If I win the Lottery, I'll help you to get your idea off the ground! In the meantime, good luck.

Hey Johnny, dont give up, any idea is worth looking into, I dont have the cash unfortunately. Does it need running water; there are plenty of bodies of still water which is what you will find in the little towns( I live in one), but running water is much harder to fing in this country as opposed to somewhere like N.Z perhaps where the creeks and streams run permanently.
Good luck and dont stop dreaming
