To eat eggs or not to eat eggs - now that is the question!
For years we were told that eggs were bad for us and to eat them at our perril. Now I have read recently that we can eat them to our hearts conent as they are a "power house" of goodness?
Seriously I would eat my eggs and enjoy them I don't think your health will suffer. If you really want to know get onto a good Health web site or speak to your doc. I thought a reading under 6 was ok. There is good cholesteral you know. Good health to you Doug F

to CAT17 thanks so munch for your positive feedback , from when i posted this discussion my cholesteral was 5.8 , had it tested a few weeks ago and was down to 3.6, not bad for a 62 year old...

Glad you can have your eggs and congrats on the weight loss and cholesteral number lowered. Just one thing eat free range eggs they taste better and chooks are a whole happier running around, scratching and picking their own food. The eggs taste like eggs (if you know what I mean) and don't Smell when you cook them. If you have the room owning a couple of chooks is great, they make nice pets, you get fresh eggs and even the garden gets the droppings!
