I have only noticed shows doing this once in a while and usually when its a massively televised program like the MKR finale or Big Brother finale, possibly even the football? I can see how this spanner in your schedule might be annoying but for me 10-15 isn't the end of the world.

Not the end of the world but when planning tv for the night there is nothing more annoying than fininshing one show on one channel then switching to another to find that you have sometimes missed out in the best part of a show and is somtimes very hard to fathon what is going on till well into show for what we pay these people to organise shows by having to watch commercials etc you would think they would get it right
