Hi all. I have always been "blessed" and to be honest i hate it. Are there any ways except surgery i can try and make them smaller. I went up 5 cup sizes when i had my kids and they never really went back to the old size, even though i fed both kids for almost a year. I have lost 15kgs in the last 18 months but they have stayed the same. Are there like excercises or something i can do?? Please help :)

Hi, I would think that some upper body weights might help tone up the muscles under your problem boobs and continue to exercise and get to your target weight. I used to be envious of girls with bigger boobs being not so well endowed, but now that I am really into running and keeping fit, I don't really mind any more that I am small. It must be a real pain having to put up with back pain and all the associated problems with bigger boobs! I feel for you!

building up your chest muscles should help, weightlifting works great.

I was always a C-cup up until a few years ago when the doctor changed me to a different type of pill because of menopause. My boobs started growing and just kept growing. They have stopped growing now at an E-cup. I dropped 30kg from size 16 to size 10 and I am still an E-cup. What really annoys me is that I can't seem to find and pretty, lacy bras to buy, only daggy ones that cost a fortune.

I soo know the feeling.... I wish I had the answer as I am used to be a 12EE, I went to see a speciaist about getting a reduction, get an estimate on the cost and the details of the opperation.

He explained to me that before anything can be done I must be able to maintain my weight, be aware that If I have children that I may not able to breastfeed and the quote was for about $10,000.

8yrs on and I have 2 children, going to get my tubes tied this July, have got my weight down and I am now a 8GG maternity bras as the normal bras do not fit and are very uncomfortable. I used to go bra shopping at a specialist bra store but the last time I tred to buy a bra from them, they did not 1 bra in the whole shop that fit me due to my smallframe and large cup size....... SO I BROKE DOWN IN TEARS...... IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SHOP.

If there s any miricle cule outthere please share it.....AS IM STILL SEARCHING, IF I FIND IT I WILL LET YOU KNOW

Hi everyone this problem is so widespread but so many won't talk about it!! My daughter has this problem +++I try to shop for her here in Aust as in N.Z. she finds very few bras to fit and if she does they are so expensive she can not afford them. I will keep looking at this forum to see other opinons.

The same thing happened to me, never went back to my former size after five children.....I am not overweight or anything so a weight loss program is not the answer. Your only option is to accept them or have cosmetic surgery!

I'm male and I don't answer this on the basis of personal experience. From my reading in the area of health, I understand that a large cause is the amount of hormones circulating in our water systems in western societies where the contraceptive pill and HRT have become common. 2 effects are larger cup sizes (for ladies) and reduced fertility (in men). I understand there is a class action in train against a water authority who say they cannot do anything about the rising level of hormones which are circulating. I understand that ionisation is an answer. I am not sure if would only be preventive or if it would help the body to return to origin. I'll do a bit of research and do a further post - Ian the HealthWise Guy

Hi Karsa - it's still good news. It's a fact that rain water also carries these and other chemicals which circulate and in time are becoming more concentrated unless you are at least many thousands of miles from so called "civilisation". Toxic chemicals are also a large part of the reason that weight issues generally are getting worse along with the other lifestyle diseases, like diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, arthritis, infertility all of which are much, much, much more prevelant that when I was a lad (I'm now 65). The bad news is that common water filters have no effect on these dissolved (mostly acidic) toxic minerals. If you really think that your tap water is OK test to see how acidic it really is! You will be surprised - I promise. My expertise is water and I am known as the HealthWise Guy.

I'm a KK cup size and HATE IT. So far I haven't found how to get the size down. My specialist told me that losing weight doesn't work for everyone... sadly I am one of those people. I am going to have surgery, these things are way too big, all losing weight did was make them stick out further. I did reduce by one cup size when I started lifting weights and toning up my muscles...but then I had babies....

If you still have some weight to lose you might find it eventually improves. Apparently what areas you lose weight from first is genetically predetermined, but it then moves on to other areas. I have recently lost weight too, and have a little more to go. I found it came of my face first and the bit thats left is hanging around my tummy and thighs.

Hi I hope you get some advice on this matter. Unfortunately I cannot answer you as I don't have that problem When I was pregnant I was told that I was just the right size and the nursing staff kept popping in to check me out. How embarrassing! I am on the smaller scale now which does not worry me as I seen a show on breast enhancement which really put me off. I reckon surgery is only for those who really need it. I am not a vain person and I am happy the way I am.
Good luck in your venture!.

Hi pommychick, I don`t have any answers, I wish I did, but I know how you are feeling, It is not something I thought about asking, but now I`m keeping this in sight to see if anyone has any answers, it is a heavy burden, and I can not understand why people PAY to have them bigger.
