If you could ask Kristina Keneally and Barry O'Farrell a question in an open forum, what would you ask to get the information you needed to vote in the NSW election?

I would ask why she is wasting her obvious talents on a bunch of losers called the NSW Labor Party,as it is obvious that she is not the problem, but the majority of the incompetent & corrupt MP's she inherited.

I went to the forum. Great questions were asked and to my surprise Ms. Keneally came off much more direct and honest than Mr O'Farrell. He dodged answering questions directly sticking to prepared stock speech phrases. It was like he wasn't even listening. The 'contract with NSW' that he has been spouting off about is just about the stupidest concept I have ever heard. Basically, he is saying if you elect me, then don't like what I do, then don't re-elect me... ??? DOH!! He just rambled on and on without solid facts, throwing out innuendos without backing them up with facts. He rarely smiled and made some basically rude and unfunny 'jokes'. Keneally on the other hand was friendly, courteous and made a conscious effort to avoid saying negative things about the opposition, sticking to facts. She answered her questions directly and showed good character. The only question that can't really be answered is whether the Labor party will back her. But you can't really be certain that the Liberals will continue to back O'Farrell, can you? It is the one flaw in this system, IMHO, you don't really vote for the candidate, you vote for the party. They have the license to put anyone up as the face of the party.
Although I fancy myself a Liberal supporter, last night I was much more impressed with the Labor candidate. And I truly was not prepared for that to happen.

I have noticed that Keneally has given many answers and things don't turn out and more answers. It ticks me off when she comes out looking dodgy - so can she give us honest answers?
