I would liek to know who has had the pleasure of sitting with the Barmy Army?
I was lucky enough to a few years back, when Australia was winning everything with the great Steve Waugh.
The suffered at lot the lads, but were there every day, as was I, and it was just a great entertaining day.
So its nice to see them celebrate after the win in Adelaide, as they have been out ehre the past few years, and now thats loyal for ya. Warnie had them beat mentally even before they picked up a bat, and then McGrath with that line & length, always in the avenue of aprehension, making the batsman play.

It was really highlighted during this test, just how depleted the Australia attack is, firstly they are definately not used to being in the field for 2 days, and the bowlers having to back up the next day, and it was very hot on the Saturday. They struggled, harris was good, but himself is coming back from injury, and looked like he had a shoulder problem.

I just wonder what changes they will make for the 2nd test starting nest week? It must be said also, what a shame Stuart Broad has had to go home with a pulled stomach muscel, and maybe in doubt for their world cup campain.

Lets hope not for England and crickets sake.

Anyway I would be interested in your thoughts, thank you for taking the time to read this.

Cheers,
Lise :)

I wish that there was something very similar for the australian sportsman
