should ms lowan spend her jail sentence in jail or in a rehab centre.should she get extra jail time for her"F" fingernail.my opinion is she should do rehab in jail and have her sentence extended for her finger nail sign.celebrities seem to get it to easy.if it were you or i i feel sure a jail sentence would apply

I think she needs to serve her whole jail sentence and then attend re-hab. She needs to learn the consequences of her actions and fast. If it were a regular Joe like you or me, we would have to serve our sentence and get no special treatment and that's what she needs; to be shown she is no better than the little people who gave her the celebrity status.

She thinks she is high and mighty being a actor but if one commits a crime, they pay for it, whether it be gaol or rehab but if its rehab, they shouldn't get any special favors, same as in gaol.

goal doesn't actually do anything but give us all a break from seeing her in the community. To avoid her repeating this again she needs intensive rehab otherwise we will be going around in circles and doing this again next year and so on. So we all get the benefits of not hearing about this again at least when they keep her inside give her the therapy and wake up she needs. She cant bail out of sessions when she is inside so make the most of it i say.

Send her to jail, or better still send her to a jail in thailand, if you break the law then you go to jail, regardless of social status you can not expect the justice system to change because you are a loved celeb, If you do the crime then do your time

she should finish her jail term.go into rehab and start behaving.after saying that look at dickhead sheen.he has become more popular since his drug and rehab.i do not know if he has done any real jail time.this is what he needs.as they say money does talk.

The ones who shoulkd get jail (gaol here) are those who keep buying her stuff. Her best penalty is to have no fans and no celebrity likes that. As it stands, she will probably make money on the noteriety.
