We all have our vices for relaxing, what better way than to experience a massage.
I've heard of Shiatsu, Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports to New Age Stone Therapy.....
What I would like to know is how does one know which massage therapy is the best and where in Melbourne can you find a good Masseur?

it depends on what you are looking for......deep tissue/sports/remedial tend to be stronger massages, shiatsu/thai /chinese are mainly firm or pressure point style, swedish/ stone /aromatherapy are more oriented to relaxation and are fairly gentle.Ask for qualifications if you are in doubt. A good option in Melbourne is to go to one of the Natural Therapy Schools where you will get a good massage for a cheaper price, the students are monitored by their teachers. PS: I am a Remedial therapist(for 30 years!)
