I like that I can use the online chat with Telstra so I don't have to speak on the phone to them.

I agree, then you can get it in writing and can understand each other better!

I like online chat because you have their promises in writing and then they can't say you are mistaken
about what was offered.

oh that's good, Foxtel doesn't unsubscribe by sending out a email or just can't do online. Need to ring them..

I totally agree. I feel like the problem is always solved easier over chat than it is over the phone
