This is just an opinion. It seems to be part being human is wanting to make others like ourselves. We object to someone's skin colour, the shape of features, the way they move, physical beauty or ugliness. I could go on for a long time. There are endless possibilities.
Would you like everyone to be exactly like you? I know I wouldn't. How boring! I would have nothing to say to them. I don't agree with everyone but so what? It means we buy different stuff at the shops. It means we gravitate towards some people and away from others. This makes humans fascinating, puzzling, annoying, frightening. I don't understand a lot of people why they are the way they are but isn't that good? Just take a deep breath and walk away when you don't like them. I often enjoy seeing young healthy people it reminds me of the time when I was like that. Who decides what is the right look, the right temperament, the right opinion. Bring on the debate! All you guys out there who don't understand me - GREAT. Personally I find men really hard to understand but so what. Nothing I can do or say will make any difference will it? Hitler tried and many other dangerous people have tried and are trying to make us all like clones. It's just not possible. I have to remind myself to be tolerant when I come across really annoying people. Lets work together to resolve issues without the fist or knives or weapons. Let's work together to keep respect for life. Please don't let life become cheap.

I'm not sure on this hypothesis.
Yes there are disagreements on opinions, but many of these are based on prejudices and stereotypes.
Better education, better knowledge of the world and a hell of a lot more sense (note I omitted the word 'common' as I don't believe all sense is common in this day and age) would be advantageous.

And as many people have said, one day we'll all just be a nice shade of beige.

It is unfortunate to all earthly beings that some people think they are perfect and others should be like them. ISIS is one such group but if everyone was nice and caring this world would be a better place.

I agree ISIS is really scary and no one seems to be safe from them. Also what about the bullying that goes on in schools and the workplace. Adam Goodes was another example. All the shootings,...

It is a sad world being created in the world and here in Australia, our legal system is totally on the side of the criminals and our judiciary make up all excuses to give 2 years jail for someone why killed a family because he or she was driving drugged or drunk. Also a mental illness is no excuse to get off scott free for murder.

I agree ISIS is really scary and no one seems to be safe from them. Also what about the bullying that goes on in schools and the workplace. Adam Goodes was another example. All the shootings, violence around us. It's very close to home. I just wish children could be taught coping skills, social skills and even self defense because it teaches people self respect and respect for others. There was an argument at the bus stop a few days ago between a 14 yr old boy and a guy who was about 50. Even though they were both giving out foul language I felt scared for the boy. I thought the man was about to punch his lights out!!! And when do you intervene? I did eventually and talked to the boy to calm him down. Teenagers can be difficult [I was one a long time ago] but you don't keep threatening them with violence. The guy kept lashing out with his fists. I suppose that's part of the reason for my topic. Thought one would end up seriously injured and the other one in prison.
