Hi was pleased to see I was mentioned and congratulated for a win? Thanks but what happens now.
Also having trouble redeeming points? Should I have problems I'm not sure where to go from here. Could I get some feed back please

Hi,
If you click on My points, it will take to you the redeem page, if you have 100 points=$10 200 points=$20, of you don't have this amount the will be no link to redeem. Or you could use the contact us link at the top of this page and ask them just to make sure. I know when I have enough points it is easy.
