Where I live it's right at the tip top of Australia the Far North Queensland. Very tropical and beautiful up this end most of the time.

Sounds good!!!
Very hot I suppose. You would have a different lifestyle there with ceiling fans and air conditioning and cheaper tropical fruit.
Cleaner air and waterways too!!!
