Just like a high performace car, put the correct fuel in and drive it like it should be driven. Quality fuel, quality exercise

My body is slim, and i like it that way, but some people saying that i need to gain weight before doing exercise because they think i'm burning more than i'm gaining. So whats the point of exercising if you need to gain weight first???
