Hi Everyone,

I joined weight watchers 11 weeks ago, and I have lost 10kg. I was wondering if anyone else has joined and attends the weekly meetings?
I lost 30kg along time ago, I kept it off for over 15 years, my work situation changed and before I knew it I had put on the 30kg and some.

Just interested in anyone else going to weigh watchers.

Cheers,
Lise

Hi Lise
I don't attend, however, of my friends does......not sure if she goes to the weekly meetings though. She has lost weight and keeps it off because she is quite religious about sticking to the weight-watchers food regime. She calls it 'counting the calories' and incorporates that eating plan into her family's meals as well. Makes it easy for everyone.

Cheers

Hiya bhealthybfit,

Thanks for your reply, It does work I will give it that, and its the only way to keep on top of what you're eating by "counting calories"
or just following the pro points plan, with that you there is nothing off limits, just as always in moderation, and incorporated with your daily points, easily done.

I am continuing to loose every week, so I am very happy, and I don't attend their meetings. It's like anything....willpower!

Have a lovely day,
Lise
