Mostly,people doesn't think what's the cause of cutting down trees. Floods when heavy rain comes. What would be the solution of this instances?

Limit the amount of trees to be cut down as other things can also occur such as salinity and erosion.
We need the trees for ourselves and for the wildlife.
So think of these things before you cut down trees in flood prone areas do other people agree?
