Wow I have finally got the day to myself! What are the things that you love to do that de-distresses you?

I rarely get a day off, but when I do, I try to get away from technologies and gadgets. They tend to make me even more stress than I am. I would suggest gardening, reading, meditating and so on. You could even go visit some friends that you haven't seen for a long time.

I love to put on a favorite movie and watch it uninterupted or curls up with a really good book.

Going out for a walk or a drive, listen some nice music, eat and sleep a lot.

I love doing puzzles, cross words, etc. I find photography is also a great stress reliever, especially when combined with a bit of bush walking.

Relax, don't even put makeup on, hang around in sloppy clothes, go horse riding

Isn't a great feeling though - no makeup (during the day) so their is no makeup to take off at nights !!
